What we’re looking for:
AmeriSave is currently seeking team members for our Investor Sales Analyst team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for providing documentation and/or rebuttals to investors for credit items
- Responsible for the delivery of loans to investors and Agency (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA)
- Responsible for ensuring that notes are requested and returned from the investors and agency in the event that a loan cannot be sold or is repurchased
- Responsible for the Final Certification of GNMA pools and reconciliation processes
- Responsible for the delivery and purchase of loans that are deemed unsalable and are placed in scratch and dent pools
- Responsible for obtaining the purchase advises for FNMA and FHLMC loans
- Provide files for MI audits and any supporting documentation needed
- Also responsible for loans pulled for FHLMC and FNMA QC.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience (processing)
- Adept in complex income analysis and appraisal and title review
- Proficient with DU
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Government experience is a plus
- Prior wholesale experience is a plus
