Are you a talented BI Data Analyst looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Data Analyst to join a dynamic real estate investment team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote role, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful projects.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Proven expertise in building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, with a preference for Power BI.
• Advanced skills in SQL, with hands-on experience in querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Familiarity with data bricks or similar big data processing platforms.
• Strong teamwork abilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
• A sharp critical thinker with problem-solving skills, capable of identifying root causes and developing practical, implementable solutions.
• A professional demeanor with flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment.
