Description

Are you a skilled CPA with a passion for revenue recognition and accounting? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a vibrant fintech company in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

Manage Monthly Revenue Recognition: Ensure our financial records are accurate by overseeing the revenue recognition and reporting process.
Client Invoicing & Collections: Handle invoicing and support efforts to manage collections effectively.
Fixed Asset Accounting: Manage the capitalization and depreciation of fixed assets.
Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust internal controls to uphold our financial integrity.
Journal Entries: Record entries for revenue, deferred revenue, and equity accounts.
Audit Support: Assist with financial audits and provide insightful ad hoc analysis to help guide management decisions.

Requirements

Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA certification.
Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with hands-on experience in revenue recognition under ASC 606.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite and a strong understanding of GAAP.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with ease.
Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills that drive accuracy and efficiency.
