Revenue Operations Manager


Position Overview 
The Revenue Operations Manager is a pivotal contributor in optimizing the revenue process to align sales, marketing, patient acquisition, and customer success teams, while driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Strategic thinking and analytical skills will contribute to success in the revenue operations work stream.  
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborating with executive leadership in developing and implementing revenue strategies that align with business objectives and driving growth.
  • Analyzing and refining current processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to enhance operational efficiencies and revenue generation.
  • Utilizing analytics to track performance metrics, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations that support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimization of the customer journey.
  • Overseeing the use of revenue-related tools and systems (such as Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms), ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and drive revenue efficiency.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members regarding revenue processes and tools.
  • Supporting financial planning by developing accurate revenue forecasts, tracking performance against goals, and assisting in budget preparation.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and proactively suggest improvements to processes and technologies.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare services or clinical research setting required
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, CRM platforms.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with revenue generation tools and technologies, such as CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive and senior management, vendors, internal customers, and staff at all levels.
  • Exceptional time management, accuracy, and discipline.
  • Position is remote.

Candidate can be in either US or Canada.
