Are you passionate about the Barber industry and eager to inspire the next generation of professionals? We are looking for dedicated Barber Instructors to mentor, teach, and motivate our students as they embark on their journey to success.

Responsibilities

As a Barber Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the futures of aspiring barbers. Your responsibilities will include:

Teaching & Mentoring: Provide expert instruction and guidance on both the clinic floor and in the classroom, using an established curriculum to ensure students receive top-quality education.
Student Preparation: Prepare students thoroughly to pass the State Board exam, while ensuring full compliance with State Board regulations.
Administrative Duties: Engage in various administrative tasks such as attending faculty meetings, accurately recording grades and attendance, and providing counseling and support to students as needed.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A High School diploma or equivalent.
A current Barber license, as required by the state.
3-5 years of professional Barber experience.
Prior teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory—we value passion and dedication just as much!
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
