Sounds great – what’s the role in a nutshell?

This role requires representing Aqua Expeditions, an award-winning, unique luxury expedition company, and its vessels in the Mexican market. With the full support of the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations departments, this position will serve as the primary sales responsibility for all trade bookings sourced in Mexico.


Your passion is:


  • Sales & Business Development: Manage sales strategy, meet/exceed targets, develop yearly plans, and establish client agreements.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct training, organize sales calls, participate in trade fairs, and maintain client relationships.
  • Charter Agreements & Marketing Coordination: Negotiate contracts, collaborate with client marketing teams, and implement joint strategies.
  • Sales Support: Manage databases, monitor competition, address customer concerns, and support the reservations team.
  • Reporting & Administration: Analyze sales statistics, prepare monthly reports, use CRM tools, and monitor performance KPIs.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Location: Candidate must be based in Mexico.
  • Education: Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in luxury sales and extensive international travel.
  • Language: Native Spanish, High level of English.
