Your missions

Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting customers with their health coverage. Your focus will be on supporting individuals in understanding their health insurance options and guiding them to choose products, services, and solutions that align with their personal health and financial needs.

You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring comprehensive customer service and sales support throughout the entire customer journey. By addressing inquiries with compassion and active listening, you will efficiently identify and provide the most suitable solutions for our customers.

This position also involves identifying opportunities for upselling, helping customers enhance their experience by recognizing additional needs they may have.

Requirements

  • Current health insurance license in your state of residence.
  • A minimum of six (6) months of sales experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated integrity in following HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy.
  • Strong commitment to customer service with a positive attitude in every interaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
