Your missions

Description

Join our dynamic Admissions team as a Regional Admissions Recruiter, where you will be instrumental in recruiting prospective students and guiding them through the acceptance process. Your main focus will be on developing and executing effective recruitment strategies for your assigned geographic territory. This involves planning and conducting recruitment travels, generating inquiries and applications, and fostering relationships with key influencers in the college search process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Travel: Manage an extensive travel schedule within your territory, including in-state and out-of-state travel for student recruitment.
  • Event Coordination: Schedule and attend high school and career center visits, college fairs, transfer fairs, and other recruitment events. Handle all related correspondence.
  • Strategy Development: Create data-driven recruitment strategies for your territory, assess their effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Program Coordination: Plan and execute specialized programs such as regional information sessions and campus tours.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with secondary school counselors, community-based organizations, and influential individuals in the college search process.
  • Presentation Delivery: Design and deliver engaging presentations to prospective students and their families.
  • Data Management: Monitor and analyze data to track progress towards enrollment goals, and manage a budget for recruitment activities.
  • Support and Communication: Provide comprehensive support to prospective students and their families through various communication channels and assist with the application process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with campus offices to provide essential information and support to prospective students.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: Preferred experience in college admissions or related fields such as marketing, sales, customer service, or education. Experience with remote work and travel-based recruitment is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, sensitivity to student and family needs, adaptability, and effective communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required. Bilingual skills are advantageous.

Additional Information

  • Physical Requirements: Some lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional night driving.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
  • Language Skills: If applicable, assist non-English speaking students and their families with the application and enrollment process.
