Your missions

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit for niche roles and senior management positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
Collaborate with internal Talent Acquisition team on hiring goals and strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruiting for niche roles and senior management positions.
Strong network and experience in headhunting and proactive candidate sourcing.
Ability to build and manage a talent pipeline independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal TA teams.
