Description

Are you passionate about sales and seeking a work-from-home opportunity in the insurance industry? Join our team as a Sales Representative! In this role, you will actively engage prospective customers to offer our life insurance products and services. Responsibilities

  • Promote and Sell Products: Present the benefits and value of our life insurance products to prospective customers strategically.
  • Develop Relationships: Maintain open and honest communication with prospects to close sales and encourage customer retention.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve individual and team goals for new customer acquisition on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Track Progress: Document prospect interactions and track goal attainment in our systems.
  • Understand the Market: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be willing to obtain a state license if not already Health/Life licensed.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Driven to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Ability to manage a consistent schedule and timeline.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Commitment to personal growth through virtual training, self-improvement, and online meetings and conferences.
