Your missions

Description

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with a passion for design and technology to join our North America sales team. This role focuses on driving growth in our West Coast region by expanding our customer base in the Design segment, which includes fashion and print.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify and connect with medium-sized and enterprise brands and retailers. Deepen relationships with existing accounts and cultivate new ones.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to agreement execution, collaborating with Sales Development Representatives and the Marketing team.
  • Presentations & Travel: Deliver compelling sales presentations both in person and virtually while attending trade shows and customer events, with an ability to travel as needed.
  • Negotiation: Secure favorable pricing and business terms by demonstrating value and ROI, while managing both new bookings and annual renewals.
  • Opportunity Management: Progress opportunities through a defined sales process, enhance pipeline management, and continuously improve conversion rates and sales cycles.
  • Collaboration: Work with domestic and international teams to expand deal size and deliver added value to customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide price quotations, recommend products, and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about industry trends and product developments, and share insights with internal teams to drive success.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B software sales experience; managing channels is a plus. Prior experience in the textile, apparel, home furnishings, or related industries is beneficial. Experience with CAD software is a plus.
  • Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent hunting and negotiation skills, and effective communication with all levels, including C-suite.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reporting: Proficient in deal reporting and forecasting; experience with HubSpot is advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with occasional in-person internal meetings. We have offices across North America, Europe, and Asia, providing a global perspective and a collaborative work environment.
