Your missions

Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Portuguese - English customer support agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to deliver professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for helping others and can maintain composure under pressure.

In addition to providing exceptional customer support, you will also be responsible for translating our product into Portuguese. You will have access to the necessary tools to facilitate this process, allowing you to translate regularly and moderate the translations of others.

Responsibilities
