  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
