Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to understand the needs and pain points of users.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Design solutions that align with business processes within Dynamics 365.
• Propose best practices and standard processes to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Work with stakeholders to validate the design and gather feedback.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).
• Customize forms, workflows, and business rules using Dynamics 365 tools.
• Document functional specifications, configuration settings, and customization details.
• Create user manuals and training materials for end-users.
• Provide training sessions to users on new functionalities and features.
• Offer post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize system usage.

Required Skills

• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
• Utilize tools like Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Services for seamless data flow.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
• Plan and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
• Use tools like Data Management in Dynamics 365 to import, transform, and load data.
• Validate and verify data accuracy post-migration.
• Work with developers to build custom extensions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Provide functional guidance on custom code, plugins, and workflows.
• Ensure custom developments adhere to best practices and are well documented.
• Define and implement security roles and permissions in Dynamics 365.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
• Regularly review and update security configurations.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that technical solutions align with functional requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure that designs meet both business and technical objectives.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with Microsoft support when necessary to resolve complex issues.
