At least 7 years of ServiceNow development experience, Expertise in IT Operation Management (ITOM), Advanced knowledge in ServiceNow ITOM aspects, Knowledge of ITIL, preferably v4 certification, Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Key responsabilities:
- Collaborate with Polish IT department
- Ensure ITOM functions and architecture are maintained
- Lead technical aspects of ServiceNow ITOM support team
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business segments
- Continuously improve ITOM features and CMDB data usage
