DANISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

YOUR ROLE:

We are currently looking for a new Customer Success Specialist to join our Danish team at our office in Tallinn, Estonia. Being fluent in Danish & English languages (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills and previous experience in customer service, it is your mission to provide our DK customers with outstanding customer service experience. This position will be at the heart of the operation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:  

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing fantastic customer service experience for our DK-based customers. The job involves managing client applications, maintaining and developing existing customer relations and replying to enquiries.

  • Customer Support.  Managing and maintaining existing customer relations and replying to all income and outcoming enquiries via email, chat and phone.
  • Loan administration. Including but not limited to reviewing applications, making lending decisions, verifying customer information, and ensuring information accuracy as well as compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Debt Collection. Offering additional support for the Debt Collection Team on busy collection days.
  • Compliance. Working with Compliance to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met whilst achieving the set targets.
  • Covering for direct team members during their time off.
  • Document administration and creating reports for management
  • Keeping sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
  • Staying up to date with company rules and policies
  • Willing to work with and learn from management to properly apply company policy to customer solutions
  • Regular meetings with team lead and management to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve staff experience

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

 

  • Full-time or part -time  work from Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00 (Estonian time)
  • Working in the Tallinn office with opportunities to work from home occasionally
  • The job can be suitable for students.

Requirements

We expect you to be a people person who enjoys helping the customer and is always doing their best to meet the targets for accuracy, quality and agreed service levels. In order to work at Creditstar, you should speak fluent Danish & English, be punctual, attentive to details and have excellent communication skills. Work can be suitable for a student

  • You are a fast learner with an engaging personality, multi-tasking and capable of prioritizing your daily tasks to help you organize your time efficiently and boost your productivity
  • Previous experience working in finance and knowledge about DK regulations is an advantage but not essential
  • Handling questions or complaints via telephone and email 
  • Essential computer usage skills;
  • Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure
  • English & Danish language skill
