Job description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UI Designer to help shape unique, user-centric products and experiences, particularly in the digital and website space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating user-experience journeys into intuitive, smooth interfaces, with fluency in Figma and Photoshop. Prior experience working in agile environments and collaborating with UX designers, developers, and copywriters is essential. This is a remote position requiring excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Requirements

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
Take full ownership of design projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality user interfaces.
Develop and maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.

Use data-driven insights and analytics to inform design decisions.
Create and maintain a library of design assets for ease of reuse.
Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure design functionality and goals align.
Create prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to visualize design concepts.
Present and justify your design choices with strong, theory-backed rationale.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Work in a highly collaborative, agile team environment.

Must-Have Skills:

Deep expertise in designing for websites and digital interfaces.
Strong knowledge of usability principles, web-based information architecture, and best practices.
Proficiency with Figma and Photoshop.
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and collaboration with developers.
Understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, typography, visual weight, etc.).

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with UX principles.
Experience with Asana for project management.
Previous experience working in an agency environment.
