As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional talent. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help us build a strong and diverse workforce that drives our company’s success.

Requirements for this challenge:
- Ensuring the entire selection process for tech roles, ensuring an efficient hiring experience.
- Ability to create and work with indicators and interest in using artificial intelligence seeking even greater quality in processes.
- Providing support for people-related demands, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet the constantly evolving demands of business growth, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Working closely with clients to define and implement effective strategies to attract individuals who align with the organizational culture and values of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Proficient in English (Mandatory)
- +3 years of experience (end-to-end) in selection processes for technology professionals;
- Enjoys working with people and has experience in recruitment and selection.
- Has experience in screening CVs through specialized websites and actively searching for candidates.
- Has experience in promoting job opportunities.
- Has experience in managing direct relationships with managers and internal clients.
- Has experience in market mapping.
