Job Description

The Project Coordinator – Community Programs is responsible for developing tools and materials, analyzing and reporting on results and recapping meetings related to the programs we run with our community customers. The Project Coordinator organizes all aspects of our customer programs, sets up weekly reporting on results, develops activity trackers to update progress on specific initiatives, develops PPT decks and produces meeting recaps that will build business with our community customers. Success is measured by adherence to and full adoption of APFM values in all areas of the job.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Recap the performance of multiple programs with multiple customers on a weekly basis.
  • Develop and update activity trackers in order to update progress on key action plans.
  • Support the development of PowerPoint decks for customer engagement meetings – identifying the most impactful analysis to present to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Support Regional Roadshows included but not limited to scheduling, aggregating data into a customer-facing format, and more.
  • Collaborate with Account Management Team on month-end close activities.
  • Update and maintain the AM Team’s Intranet.
  • Prepare meeting recaps that inform next steps for multiple users.
  • Schedule both internal and external meetings through Outlook.
  • Develop systems to aid the Community Network Team in its efforts to build business with our community customers by analyzing and identifying accounts that represent the greatest opportunity for improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 2+ years of project coordination/managment experience.
  • Exceptionally adept at Microsoft Excel, Google suites and Canva.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly efficient; able to independently manage their time and work in multiple computer programs at one time.
  • A team player willing to pitch in where needed to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Proven ability to develop, establish, nurture, maintain, and foster positive, harmonious quality working relationships within a team.

  • Base Salary: $70,000- $78,000
  • Annual Corporate Bonus: 10%
