  • Own marketing budget; including forecasting and regular reporting to other senior management, including performance management and KPIs.
  • Successfully grow and manage the Marketing team, ensuring individual team members are continuously developing and reaching their optimal potential.
  • Plan, execute and report on a 360°, full-funnel approach to paid, owned and earned channels including, but not limited to, Paid Social, Paid Search/Shopping, Affiliate, Display, SEO, Email and direct mail for both digital and physical retail.
  • Build cohesive strategy for loyalty, rewards and referrals programs, maximizing customer engagement and retention across product and franchise operations.
  • Lead efforts across franchise marketing efforts, supporting franchise owners and growing brand awareness and customer acquisition in specific markets.
  • Manage the marketing and content calendars, overseeing owned channels such as email, SMS, editorial content and social media.
  • Oversee customer and marketing analytics priorities, including channel level KPIs, relevant on-site metrics, and attribution.
  • Oversee brand channels (organic social, editorial content, partnerships, experiential initiatives, influencers marketing, PR, etc.).
  • Identify and execute brand partnerships and collaborations in line with company strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with product teams and digital/development partners on e-commerce priorities, site performance, KPIs, CRO, and testing.
  • Monitor marketing trends and innovations (e.g. new tools, channels, strategies) to keep Neat Method on the leading edge of marketing innovation where appropriate.
  • Own relationship with performance marketing agency and marketing technology platform partners.
