We are looking for a Data Architect for our functional squads who loves learning new things and facing new challenges but we also value it if you have some deep experience in specific topics such as design systems, scalability, integrations, automations, etc.

We are a remote company, but you can also work in the Madrid offices. At the moment, we are only seeking candidates in Europe (UTC+02:00 or similar).
Responsibilities:
Join the team responsible for evolving and maintaining the data platform of the company.
Collaborate on establishing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and automate workflows.
Design data models, data flows, and data integration strategies to ensure data quality, security and accessibility.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers to implement data management solutions.
Optimize system performance and tackle complex scalability issues.
Building market-first solutions for retailers. Our teams work to solve the problems faced by retailers by helping them make decisions. Whether by better data analytics or by automating decision processes.
Reach better solutions through multidisciplinary teams. Product Managers, Developers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Business Experts work together to solve end-to-end problems.
