Customer service skills and experience working with vendors, Strong administrative skills and basic knowledge of Excel, 1-2 years’ experience in administrative procedures, High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Qualify new vendors and send contract amendments
- Review vendor documentation for compliance with KBS requirements
- Maintain communication with vendors and insurance producers
- Update CRM system with relevant records
- Generate reports and manage miscellaneous projects
