A global template has been designed and is now being rolled out across all Fugro regions and entities. This role sits as part of the IFS Implementation team which is responsible for the successful implementation of IFS Cloud across countries over the globe.

You will lead on all change management activities associated with the implementation and work with the individual entities to coordinate communication activities. You will work closely with team members in the global, regional and local entity teams. Ensuring a consistent approach to change management & communications is adopted across all rollouts but is tailored where appropriate to specific country needs.

In this role, you focus on the impact resulting from the change that IFS will bring to ways of working. This involves focusing on the people side of change – identifying the impact on all stakeholders, getting them ready for change, and managing resistance.

  • You lead on the coordination of communications deliverables across the rollout and you assess the impact of planned organisational change;

  • You identify risks, develop risk mitigation tactics and provide change readiness reports and other updates to management and project teams;

  • You identify and channel with stakeholders of all levels, providing support and coaching advice to executives and people managers;

  • You build a strong change network with Sponsors, Change leaders and Change Agents on global level;

  • You provide coaching and training to Subject Matter Experts performing the Change Agent role;

  • You collaborate with creative & technology experts in the design, development, and execution of innovative deliverables.

Your track record

  • You at least have 5 years’ experience in organisational (change/program/project) management roles;

  • You are experienced in change management, communications or similar positions;

  • You possess certifications in change management from a recognised body such as Prosci;

  • You have a good understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies;

  • You have the ability to translate complex ideas into everyday language;

  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
