Job description

This person is responsible for generating profitable sales within the Surface Preparation channel through maintenance of existing customers, development of new distribution and direct sales accounts and growing market share.  This position is critical for driving national growth. This position covers NV/CO/UT/AZ/NM/CA. The candidate must live in the territory ideally living in Phoenix or Las Vegas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

  • Achieve monthly sales forecast by completing regular and effective sales calls to all Surface Preparation customers.
  • Introduce of the full equipment line to both potential and existing customers.
  • Test equipment and diamond tools to both potential and existing customers.
  • Responsible for market awareness regarding competitors in their territory.
  • Create strategies to gain market share.
  • Continuously develop CFS skills.

After Sales

  • Provide technical support and training to customers as needed.
  • Nurture relationships as business partners with both internal and external customers.
  • Monitor consistence of diamond tool and equipment performance.
  • Address customer issues in a timely manner

Administration

  • Responsible for CRM Usage
  • Keep all paperwork current and up-to-date including expense reports, car stock reconciliation
  • Communicate with various internal departments as necessary.
