Job description

Kingdom inQ Virtual Solutions is actively recruiting agents for our Donation Support Agent team.

 

Important Disclaimer: We are specifically seeking candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of CALL CENTER experience, either in a VIRTUAL or ON-SITE setting. This experience is crucial in ensuring a match with the demands of this position.

Requirements


Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls for various nonprofit organizations during pledge drives.

  • Focus solely on processing donations; no donation solicitation required.

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality support to all donors.

  • Document each call comprehensively, including resolutions and any necessary follow-up actions.

  • Flexible availability required to cover shifts in a 24/7 operation.

 

Expectations:

  • Important: At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in a call center, either virtual or on-site, is required.

  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently and adhere to guidelines.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • PC with a dual core 2.8 GHz or better (Intel "i" class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better).

  • A minimum of 64 GB total Hard Drive or higher.

  • At least 4 GB of RAM.

  • USB VoIP Headset.

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11.

  • A hardwired internet connection (no wireless) with at least 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload.
