ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role will be a pioneer hire for MVC Resources in Indonesia. We are looking for highly motivated, hungry and driven talent to develop the executive search business for the Indonesia market. As a pioneer hire, you are given the opportunity to grow the business, hire, develop your own team and potentially evolve/grow into a Country Lead in the mid-long term plan. This role will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development - 80%
Perform market research and feasibility studies prior to executing business development plan
Plan, execute and follow-through on all client acquisition activities from lead generation to signing of terms of business.
Negotiation with potential clients and act as primary account manager for newly acquired clients
Servicing - 20%
Sourcing for potential candidates for the given job assignment.
Screen & Interview candidates to qualify their experience and skills
Send qualified candidate profiles to assigned clients and jobs
