ABOUT MVC
Incepted in 2020 (during covid pandemic), MVC Resources is a fast-growing boutique human capital consulting firm based in Malaysia. Started off with a one founder, today MVC team has grown to 17 strong team members serving multitudes of start-ups, SMEs and MNC clients in the SEA, MENA and North America region.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role will be a pioneer hire for MVC Resources in Indonesia. We are looking for highly motivated, hungry and driven talent to develop the executive search business for the Indonesia market. As a pioneer hire, you are given the opportunity to grow the business, hire, develop your own team and potentially evolve/grow into a Country Lead in the mid-long term plan. This role will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development - 80%
  • Perform market research and feasibility studies prior to executing business development plan
  • Plan, execute and follow-through on all client acquisition activities from lead generation to signing of terms of business.
  • Negotiation with potential clients and act as primary account manager for newly acquired clients
Servicing - 20%
  • Sourcing for potential candidates for the given job assignment.
  • Screen & Interview candidates to qualify their experience and skills
  • Send qualified candidate profiles to assigned clients and jobs
  • Follow-up candidate interest & track candidate interview stages until offer stage
  • Negotiate and mediate expectations between potential candidates and client.
  • Produce revenue by completing the assignments
Other responsibilities include:
  • Actively promote yourself and the MVC business to candidates and clients
  • Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market
  • Provide recruitment strategies to client and strong understanding of the market talent
  • Ad hoc projects as required by your Superior
KPIs:
  • # of new client/job acquisition for the initial stage
  • $ revenue placement per annum

Requirements
  • Experienced or demonstrated track record of new client acquisition/business development
  • Strong track record of sales achievements
  • Tertiary qualifications within related discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites
  • Advanced administrative and research skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and delegate duties where appropriate
  • Ability to carry out duties autonomously, with little direct supervision
