Your missions

Position Summary:

Quantstamp is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an operations specialist. This role will involve providing comprehensive support to the operations and hiring teams in various aspects of employee support, hiring and general operations. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, highly organized, and have experience working as part of a distributed team.

Your day-to-day work will involve:

  • Support Operations initiatives. 

  • Perform hiring related tasks related to the APAC region.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks and projects.

  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned. 

Need to haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

  • Prior experience in operations, payroll admin, recruitment in APAC or similar roles. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and priorities.

Nice to haves

  • Tech start-up experience.

  • Familiarity with the crypto and blockchain industry.

  • Experience in managing business operations in Singapore.  

  • Business level proficiency in Mandarin.
