  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their training needs, gather feedback, and customize programs to meet organizational and individual goals. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, continuously making improvements to meet the team's evolving needs. 

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of SolarEdge products and services, with the ability to convey technical information. 
  • Completion of all Tier 1 level courses with a minimum of 2 years in the company to ensure a strong foundation for training.
