Your missions

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including data entry, BPO data management, and internal team coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic fintech environment.



Responsibilities
  • Data Entry:  Accurately enter and manage data across various platforms; Ensure data integrity and timely updates to all relevant systems.
  • BPO Data Management: Oversee and manage outsourced data processes; Collaborate with BPO partners to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Confluence Maintenance: Maintain and update Confluence pages with relevant operational information; Assist in organizing and managing the documentation within Confluence.
  • Trading Assistance: Provide support to the trading desk with necessary operational tasks; Assist in the preparation and execution of trading operations.-
  • Internal Team POC (Point of Contact): Act as the main point of contact for internal teams for operational queries.  - Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments.
  • Design Support: Assist in the creation and management of operational design materials; Coordinate with the design team to ensure consistency across materials.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients and employees; Ensure all necessary documentation and training materials are provided.
  • Translation: Provide translation support for internal and external communications, as required.
  • Customer Support (CS):  Assist the customer support team with resolving operational issues; Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient support.
  • P2P (Peer-to-Peer) Operations: Support the operations related to P2P transactions; Ensure the smooth processing of P2P activities within the platform.
