At least 5 years’ experience in IT Systems Support, At least 2+ Years administering/supporting enterprise backup software, At least 2 years’ experience working with servers and other backend infrastructure, Preferred certification Veeam Certified Engineer or similar, Industry experience with ITIL framework.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage backup infrastructure daily, weekly, monthly
- Resolve backup failures and escalate issues promptly
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level backup support
- Perform restorations following blueAPACHE processes
- Maintain customer backup infrastructure, perform audits
