Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM – 03:00 PM or 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM Manila time) 

          

 

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Infrastructure Support role.  
  • Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft server operating system - 2012 or above.  
  • Microsoft Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Site &Services, GPO), Microsoft Exchange 2013 or above.  
  • VMware vSphere 6.0 or above / Hyper V.  
  • Background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering

Nice to Have: 

  • Backup Technologies, including Commvault, Veaam, Backup Exec, NAS experience.  
  • Network fundamentals.  
  • Anti-Virus Technologies, including Symantec, Trend and Sophos.  
  • Citrix and RDS services.  
  • Web & Email Proxy Services including zScaler, MimeCast. 

 

What will you do? 

  • Provide technical infrastructure support.  
  • Manage and resolve client incidents and requests to meet required SLA’s working from a queue and assigned tickets.  
  • Amend and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for our customer environments.  
  • Provide an escalation point for the level one support teams.  
  • Help build out, maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.  
  • Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem and Change Management processes as per company’s customer standards (ITIL Framework).  
  • To provide after hours on-call assistance and/or escalation on a rotating basis.  
  • Always comply with the company’s information security policies and procedures.
