Key responsabilities:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements and make recommendations on business processes or improvements.
  • Provide daily guidance and troubleshooting support for CAPPS Financials to end-users and support staff.
  • Serve as CAPPS Level 1 Support by submitting tickets to CPA and providing CAPPS expertise for business process development, testing, and training.
  • Document applicable procedures and workflow based on user requirements and analysis.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Location:  Available to work Remote, TX.

 

Note: Must have at least 8 years of TX public sector experience.

 

Job Description:


Gathers and evaluates user requirements; performs analysis and makes recommendations on business processes or improvements; and assists with documenting applicable procedures and workflow.

Provides daily, general guidance and troubleshooting support for CAPPS Financials to end-users and support staff via email, MS Teams chats/calls, and meetings. 

Serves as CAPPS Level 1 Support (submits tickets to CPA) and provides CAPPS expertise as needed for business process development, testing, & training

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Gathers and evaluates user requirements; performs analysis and makes recommendations on business processes or improvements; and assists with documenting applicable procedures and workflow.
