Responsibilities

  • Develop new accounts and achieve sales targets for our services.
  • Engage strategically with customers to build key relationships and understand their needs.
  • Manage lead generation and sales pipeline effectively.
  • Close opportunities in a timely manner while ensuring a managed process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to develop budgets and scopes of work.
  • Maintain quality control and accuracy of CRM records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, building construction, environmental, or sustainability sectors.
  • A passion for sales and the ability to engage with "C" level executives.
  • Proven ability to build relationships through education and technical sales strategies.
  • Understanding of sustainability industry pricing models.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple client accounts and generating $2 million+ in annual sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage contracts, leads, and deals.
  • Preference for candidates with sustainable operations and/or LEED building experience.
  • Strong presentation and technical writing skills.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn on the job.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Location

This is a remote position with occasional travel and on-site collaborative meetings as needed.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from \(85,000 to \)100,000 per year, plus a commission structure. Your starting salary will be based on experience. We are committed to the success of our team and offer opportunities for career progression.
