We are looking for a dedicated, self-starter Account Manager with a strong focus on Customer Success to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, reducing churn, and ensuring the overall success of our SMB and Mid-Market accounts. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering value that aligns with their business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for SMB and Mid-Market accounts, addressing adoption-related inquiries through a queue-based system.
  • Efficiently manage incoming client requests, fostering strong, long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty, even as you work with different clients on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with accounts to drive product adoption, ensuring they are fully leveraging the features and benefits of Inside Real Estate's solutions.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategic action plans to mitigate churn, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize customer requests and internal responsibilities to meet KPI’s
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Inside Real Estate, providing feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and improve customer experience.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of inbound customer requests, align them with internal resources and anticipate their business needs.
  • Regularly review account performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend best practices to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Identify challenges and engage in proactive client meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and to align business goals
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Account Management / Sales), ideally for enterprise software, service or Software as a Service (SaaS) company
  • Ability to manage complex issues and coordinate solutions across multiple business channels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to present to clients, peers and superiors
  • Proactive, well-organized, and strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about customer success and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry a plus
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across teams, collaborating to achieve shared goals
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to think critically and strategically to address client challenges.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making and client recommendations.
  • Comfortable with technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
