  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish and grow the company’s presence in the UK market.
  • Identify and target key opportunities within the consumer packaging industry, focusing on sustainable solutions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and driving accountability.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Report directly to senior leadership based in the US and contribute to the overall growth strategy. Key Requirements:
