Bachelor’s degree or 5 years industry experience in financial services/retirement services, Knowledge of non-qualified deferred compensation plans and plan documents preferred, Time management, prioritization skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Computer literacy with recordkeeping systems and trust systems.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage tasks to meet departmental goals and client service levels
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Train associates, coordinate with plan sponsor and Prior Recordkeepers
- Participate in file setup and update tracking systems
- Identify risks and escalate issues to management
