In this role, you will:

  • Work with the client to translate project requirements, and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology.
  • Lead project team members, and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet our Delivery Excellence expectations.
  • Partner with our clients to resolve issues.
  • Build valued working relationships with business and technical subject matter experts on the teams and with executives.
  • Communicate project plans, status reports, communication plans and other documents and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Centric leadership and account managers, identifying ways to enhance client relationships and the internal Centric culture.

Who you are:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager with consulting experience or industry background.
  • Senior-level Project Manager that will challenge the group on how to move forward
  • Experience leading both Waterfall and Agile projects
  • Experience in virtual project team management
  • Technical writing skills (project documentation/deliverables)
  • Expertise with Project Management Methodology concepts (including Agile and waterfall approaches)
  • Translate technical concepts into layman's terms is an essential skill.
  • Contact Center experience
  • IVR or IVA experience
  • Five9s - would give competitive advantage
  • Can manage the specifics, comfortable with keeping teams in their lanes and owning their tasks
  • Can use data to tell the story on how the project is going - not feelings
  • Can manage the weeds without them being in them
  • Does not need to manage the strategy - Program Manager is there for that
  • Have to be comfortable driving
