MEDVA is on the hunt for a dynamic Training Director to spearhead our comprehensive training and certification programs for virtual assistant candidates. This is your opportunity to lead a team, innovate our training strategies, and shape the future of virtual assistance in the healthcare and technology sectors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and Enhance Current Training Programs: Assess and improve existing programs for healthcare, dental, and business virtual assistants, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and Implement New Training Programs: Create innovative training initiatives focusing on asynchronous learning to address emerging industry trends.
  • Lead, Mentor, and Manage Training Team: Provide leadership and mentorship, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior leaders to tailor programs to meet specific client requirements.
  • Monitor and Assess Effectiveness: Use feedback and performance metrics to evaluate and adjust training programs.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Developments: Keep abreast of the latest developments in healthcare administration and virtual assistant training methodologies.
  • Create and Manage Training Materials and LMS: Develop and maintain training materials, and manage the Learning Management System for efficient delivery and tracking of programs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning: Promote professional development within the training team and across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in a training and development role, with a focus on the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms, training software, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and design effective training programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
