Job Description

We’re seeking a meticulous and self-motivated Basic Admin Assistant to join our talented team in a remote capacity. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our research efforts, utilizing your keen eye for detail and proficiency in online platforms to identify and compile lists of potential candidates. You’ll work independently, managing multiple research tasks and communicating findings primarily through email. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive online research using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify potential candidates based on specific parameters
  • Compile and organize detailed lists of qualified candidates, ensuring accuracy and relevance to client needs
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple research tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Communicate research findings and results clearly and concisely through email
  • Perform data entry and information verification tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist in streamlining the recruitment process by providing well-organized and easily digestible candidate information
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online research and talent identification
