As Protective Security Lead Americas you will embody the positive security culture within the Americas for Databricks. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Security Manager to oversee and manage security operations across multiple locations within a designated region.This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of managing a team of security professionals and collaborating with various departments to address security concerns. The role will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments, investigating adverse events, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
