Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $90.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager IV/Business Analyst. This is a unique role responsible for implementing an effective policy, retention schedule and supporting processes and procedures for organizational records and data, with a strong focus of supporting data privacy. This role requires both Program/Project Management and Business Analyst experience.

Overview

  • Must have experience in Global Projects - will be meeting with Business Partners to gather insights and help fill gaps across the global operations.
  • Will be leading the Monthly Steering meetings and must be comfortable creating/presenting Power Point presentations.
  • 5 Years minimum in Data Retention is ideal - more on the BA side, but there is no Project Manager assigned so having a PM Background is key.
  • The Project Plans have already been built in SmartSheets, so this person will need to have experience with that system.
  • GRC background/experience would be helpful/strongly preferred as Data Privacy falls under that.
  • CT or ET time zones would be ideal, but open to Remote candidates anywhere in the United States.

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

  • Engaging with stakeholders across all departments and levels globally.
  • Collaborating with legal counsel, internal auditors, and external partners to ensure compliance.
  • Effectively working with diverse audiences across a global organization. Willingness to work in different time zones.
  • Leading and executing records and data retention projects.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Developing program content for meetings and presentations, status reports, communications, project plans and other program related information.
  • Tracking project financials and report.
  • Managing a global steering committee responsible for retention oversight.
  • Facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, and driving decision-making.
  • Establishing robust policies, procedures and business processes for records and data retention and disposition management.
  • Implementing regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance.
  • Track compliance and report out.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in either information governance, data and records retention.
  • Proficiency in retention policy and schedule development, research, program development, policy and procedure writing and implementing, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering.
  • Interfacing with stakeholders such as legal, audit, business operations to gather and document requirements for the program, policies, procedures and technology systems.
  • Experienced in writing business requirements for data and record retention systems.
  • Previous experience leading retention system selection processes and implementations with system integrators.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to assess data and records retention patterns.
  • Creating and maintaining trackers, using tools like Excel or Smartsheets.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and drive progress.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
