Tasks

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales strategy preparation and execution, sales team management and mentoring. As a part of this process, you will:

  • Be responsible for achieving target quota by team leaders and partners;
  • Coordinating the lead generation actions according to the partners availability;
  • Be focused on our key markets and expand our services to other markets;
  • Oversee the consulting sales strategy, drive revenue growth, coordinate end-to-end sales and sales teams;
  • Oversee Account Management and Client Success activities;
  • Report to the CEO of the company.

Requirements

Must have:

  • 10 years overall track record;
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position - strategic consulting services with implementation, selling to mid-segment (firms 100-1000 employees);
  • You come from a technology consulting environment;
  • Oversaw sold projects worth at least 10'000'000 USD consulting services - sold directly or by direct reports, experience in selling outsourcing services doesn't count;
  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2 or native).

Nice to have:

  • You have an impressive network of mid-segment firms (100-1000) decision-makers;
  • Experience working with US-based clients (strongly recommend);
  • Polish language knowledge is a plus (we have a development center in Poland).
