Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements and records across multiple currencies.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile various general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate records of reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly, verify deposits, and address inquiries from banks.
• Manage cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts.
• Handle and verify all revenue-related transactions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
• Conduct financial analysis and research to support project objectives.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial processes and controls.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and revenue accounting, including deferred revenue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software.
• Professional demeanor with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
