Your missions

Description

You will play a crucial role in supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating with finance leadership and department heads to create and refine operating budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will also include working with the accounting team to review the month-end close process, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and preparing detailed variance analyses for Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

Additionally, you will conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, contributing to strategic projects as directed by finance leadership. Partnering with various business units, you will identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, and assist in creating materials for internal business reviews and external investor meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in high-growth organizations or startups.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with financial software such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and predictive planning tools.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels of leadership.
