We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This is a remote-first position with the requirement that all work be conducted within the continental U.S. due to program regulations. U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.

Your Role
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile ceremonies and managing team dynamics. You will be responsible for tracking team capacity and velocity, leading backlog refinement sessions, and supporting program increment planning. Your work will involve creating and managing Jira tickets (Features, Stories, and tasks) and ensuring that agile processes align with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This role will also involve collaborating through ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and demos.
Our team embodies DevSecOps principles, integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle—from design to deployment.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack or Mattermost
- Strong background in agile software development and methodologies, and software development lifecycle management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to obtain SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams certifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience with DoD or industry programs
- Familiarity with Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) or similar program offices
- Experience with Advisory and Assistance Service (A&AS) or System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to government programs
- Background with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs

- Active Secret security clearance required

- May require up to 10% travel
Salary Range
- \(105,000 - \)140,000, based on experience and skills
