Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial results
- Developing annual budgets
- Creating ad-hoc forecasts to support our strategic growth and financial goals
This is a unique opportunity for a self-driven individual who values teamwork, embraces technology, and thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment with a start-up feel. You will work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Arizona or within the PST/MST/CST time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly variance analysis and month-end close processes
- Prepare internal and external financial reporting and analysis
- Develop and manage annual budgets and ad-hoc forecasts
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly lender reports
- Serve as a finance business partner to operations and other business units
- Contribute to M&A activities, including due diligence, closing, and post-closing integration
- Perform other duties or ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of finance or accounting experience
- Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with robust analytical abilities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

This role typically involves working in an office environment, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer. Occasionally, you may need to lift up to 15 pounds.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is \(65,000 - \)80,000 per year.
