Description

Join us on an exciting journey to become the global leader in convenient, fruit-based food and beverages. We are looking for a proactive and visionary Associate/Regional Sales Manager to oversee our Grocery Channel. You will work with key customers such as Wegmans, Weis, Military, C&S Corporate, Costco East, and select Wholesalers, driving our annual and long-term profit and volume goals while aligning with our corporate initiatives.

This role is fully remote, ideally based near the cities where our key customers are headquartered, with occasional travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across departments to achieve our strategic growth plans (SGP) and annual operating plans (AOP).
  • Identify and capitalize on customer-specific business opportunities, set priorities, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve goals.
  • Build and nurture strategic customer relationships to drive growth and profitability.
  • Provide accurate monthly and annual forecasts.
  • Work with the Demand Planning Team to ensure effective production planning.
  • Manage trade budgets and customer P&L with strong financial acumen.
  • Analyze shopper insights, customer trends, and competitor strategies to develop actionable insights.
  • Execute customer programming, including retailer forms, online sales information, and deduction management.
  • Create and implement sales strategies for major customers supported by C&S Corporate.
  • Keep all internal sales and support systems updated.
  • Organize meetings with customers to explore new growth opportunities.
  • Oversee new item launches, shelving, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Who You Are

  • Possess strong industry knowledge and business instincts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving meaningful growth.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Sales or Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience; National Account or Customer-specific experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and using various PC-based applications.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing trade accrual budgets.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%, based on business needs.
