Dynamic Sales Account Manager - Food Industry (Mandarin Speaker)

Description

Are you passionate about building relationships and driving sales in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area? This role involves managing and expanding accounts within the ethnic Asian sales channels, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts while cultivating new relationships in the food industry.
• Develop strong rapport with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide comprehensive support including marketing, inventory management, and product delivery.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the San Francisco Bay Area, promoting products and enhancing market presence.
• Prepare daily reports and participate in weekly sales meetings to update on progress and developments.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or account management with a proven track record in customer service. At least 2 years of experience in the food service, FMCG, or food industry is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a knack for follow-up.
• Language: Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
