Your Role

Responsibilities

You will lead a team of up to 5 Territory Sales Managers and execute business growth strategies to drive sales volume. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating New Revenue: Drive sales by prospecting and adding new business in underserved areas, focusing on small to mid-size local businesses through face-to-face interactions.
  • Enhancing Customer Base: Boost profitability with existing customers by improving relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Optimizing Sales Routes: Develop and follow weekly sales routes to ensure efficiency, targeting at least 50 retailers per week.
  • Showcasing Products: Present and demonstrate our leading suite of products and money transfer services to potential clients.
  • Managing Agent Relationships: Exceed expectations through regular sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and tailored solutions.
  • Data Management: Proactively manage prospect data in CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to maximize cross-selling opportunities and enhance product offerings.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including sales call activity, wire sales targets, agent activation, and gross margin sales targets.

What You Bring

  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 4 years in B2B SMB territory sales, with experience managing a sales team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail networks, supermarkets, or money transfer services is preferred. Experience with prepaid cards or similar services is a plus.
  • Cultural Understanding: Experience with or knowledge of Mexico and Guatemala is highly valued.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Transportation: Must have a vehicle and car insurance; driving 50-90% of the time is expected.
