As Engaged’s Operations Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our workplace operations and sales functions running smoothly, ensuring that our day-to-day activities are efficient and seamless. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into details, solving problems, and making a real impact!

What You’ll Do:

As the Operations Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind Engaged’s smooth running operations. You’ll manage multiple inboxes, administer our time tracking and billing systems, and ensure seamless transitions from sales to service delivery. Your insights will help streamline our processes, and your organizational skills will keep our calendars, meetings, and documents on point. You’ll also handle job postings, implement evaluation processes, assist with procurement, test new systems, and provide feedback reports to leadership. As a committee member, you'll manage operational tasks, and oversee client touchpoints like holiday cards and appreciation gifts. You’ll back up the HR & Operations Specialist and contribute to various projects, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively.

You will also take charge of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, expertly managing contact setups, follow-ups, and keeping our sales pipeline up to date. Using your expert level Microsoft Office skills, you’ll oversee the administration of client contracts, ensuring databases and agreements are meticulously maintained. Your organizational skills will shine as you manage the sales calendar, keeping prospect management on track with efficient follow-up processes.
